Refund policy

Living plants

Our kokedamas are living plants and therefore goods liable to deteriorate rapidly. For this reason, the right of withdrawal does not apply to kokedamas delivered in good condition.

Kokedama arrived damaged? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@nebari.be, with photos of the parcel and the plant. We will offer you a replacement or a refund.

Dishes and accessories

For concrete dishes and accessories, you have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason. The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense. To do so, email us at hello@nebari.be with your order number.

Refunds

We will refund you no later than 14 days after receiving the returned item, using the payment method used for the purchase.
